Te Hana / The Radiance:

Te Hana is the design practice of Adam Murphy, a creative director and designer working at the intersection of identity, technology, and human connection. With over twenty years of experience leading global agency and in-house design teams, he thrives in bringing purposeful brands to life, crafting experiences that create understanding, spark thoughtful connection, and help ignite positive futures.

His approach is collaborative, holistic, and hands-on - excelling in creative strategy, brand strategy and narrative, identity and experience design, co-creation and systems thinking. He is passionate about shaping brand and design excellence at scale across complex and multi-faceted ecosystems.
